WP Review Site enables you to your WordPress blog in to a full blown review site. Whether you want to have a review site for web hosting companies like AvekHost or review site for digital cames then opportunity is there and endless.
By using this plug-in you can create multiple categories for users/consumers to review a product or service on. Instead of the user seeing your standard comment section on an article post, they will see the comment section with a powerful review future included. You can see it in action on iHostCoupons.com.

1. Blog Post Article – Is transformed into an opportunity to post information about the product or service. It displays an overall rating based collectively on the reviews left in what used to be the comment section of your wordpress blog. Add Google Adsense for additional revenue making opportunities!
2. Abilty To Create Top 10 Ranking – This function enables you to allow your site visitors to see the top 10 rated products or services. For example, maybe you are maintaining a review site on digitial cameras you would see the top 10 cameras in this list based on the overall review.
3. Comment Section Transformed – This section looks very similar with the exception that the individual providing a comment can rate the product/service based on a few various categories.
4. Ability To See Reviews By Others – No different than a blogs ability to display user comments; users can see the review written by other users including how many stars the provided for each category.

My Favorite WordPress Plug-Ins
WordPress Plugins are a great way to add functionality to your WordPress Blog. Some plugins are just plain fun and some plugins fulfill a particular need. Listed below are my personal favorite plugins that I think you will enjoy if you’re not already using them. After your done reviewing my favorite plugins take a quick second to provide a comment on your favorite plugins.
- Subscribe2 - provides a comprehensive subscription management and email notification system for WordPress blogs that sends email notifications to a list of subscribers when you publish new content to your blog. You can choose to send an email after each post, twice daily, just daily, or perhaps just weekly. You can even add your subscribe box to your blog posts like I did below.
- All In One SEO Pack – provides the ability to manually change the meta tag settings (title, description, keywords) for each blog page and post. A must have for those who are serious about getting there blog listed in search engines.
- Google XML Site Map – plugin will create a Google sitemaps compliant XML-Sitemap of your WordPress blog. It supports all of the WordPress generated pages as well as custom ones. Everytime you edit or create a post, your sitemap is updated and all major search engines that support the sitemap protocol, like ASK.com, Google, MSN Search and YAHOO, are notified about the update.
- WordPress.com Stats – focuses on just the most popular metrics a blogger wants to track and provides them in a clear and concise interface. See the most popular articles, search engine key words, etc.
- Twitter updater w/Tiny Url – provides the ability to automatically update your twitter status with the latest post that you’ve made. It also has the option of including a link back to your post so can people can easily click on it to view the post.This plugin was updated to include the use of TinyURL because URLs can be very long and Twitter has a maximum character amount of 140 characters. This will make your URLs shorter for posting.
- Maintenance Mode - Adds a splash page to your blog that lets visitors know your blog is down for maintenance. Logged in administrators get full access to the blog including the front-end.
